近年来,随着对外贸易的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,我国已经成为食品进口大国。运用科学的方法优化检验资源配置,强化对进口食品安全的风险管理,是一个关系到人民福社的重大问题。国际上通行的做法是对不同种类的食品和检测项目的潜在风险进行评估,并根据评估结果制定有针对性的监督抽检计划,使得更多的检验资源可以投入到对高风险产品和项目的监管中去。我国在这方面的管理实践才刚刚起步,急需建立一套符合我国食品进口自身特点和管理需求的风险评价模型和相应的估计方法。本文借鉴了其它国家的相关做法,并结合我国进口食品的管理需求和历史检测数据的特点,制定了一套完整的风险评价和估计方法。  相似文献

应用基于逼近理想解排序法的区间三角模糊多属性决策模型,对三江平原六大分区地下水脆弱性进行了风险预警和评估.评估结果与前人吻合,可为有关决策部门采取相应降低环境风险的措施提供参考.实例验证表明,模型具有更高的计算精度和更好的评价效果,为有关环境风险决策部门对地下水风险预警和评估提供了新的思路和方法.  相似文献

We put forward an efficient algorithm for approximating the sums of independent and log-normally distributed random variables. Namely, by combining tools from probability theory and numerical analysis, we are able to compute the cumulative distribution functions of the just-mentioned sums to a high precision and in a relatively short computing time. We illustrate the effectiveness of the new method in the contexts of the individual and collective risk models, aggregate economic capital determination, and economic capital allocation.  相似文献

能源互联网呈现物理信息深度融合的趋势,为电力系统管理研究定义了新的研究框架。作为一个先进的复杂系统,能源互联网信息物理系统(Energy Internet Cyber-Physical System,ECPS)在其发展过程中面临着一些新的挑战,其中一个就是耦合结构下的风险管理。本文结合复杂网络理论和风险传递理论,着重在拓扑层面分析了ECPS跨空间交互机理,并在此基础上定义了交互路径和交互系数;接着建立了ECPS跨空间风险传递模型,量化描述了风险的传递和演化过程,并进行了风险影响评估;最后,通过仿真实验分析了三种不同交互系数节点故障的风险传递过程和不同攻击模式下系统的崩溃过程。对仿真结果的讨论阐述了能源互联网风险跨空间传递的特点,为更深入地研究ECPS的风险管理提供了参考。  相似文献

The study of worst case scenarios for risk measures (e.g. the Value at Risk) when the underlying risk vector (or portfolio of risks) is not completely specified is a central topic in the literature on robust risk measurement. In this paper we discuss partially specified factor models as introduced in Bernard et al. (2017) in more detail for the class of additive factor models which admit more explicit results. These results allow to describe in more detail the reduction of risk bounds obtainable by this method in dependence on the degree of positive resp. negative dependence induced by the systematic risk factors. The insight may help in applications of this reduction method to get a better qualitative impression on the range of influence of the partially specified factor structure.  相似文献

Medical treatment and vaccination decisions are often sequential and uncertain. Markov decision process is an appropriate means to model and handle such stochastic dynamic decisions. This paper studies the near‐optimality of a stochastic SIRS epidemic model that incorporates vaccination and saturated treatment with regime switching. The stochastic model takes white noises and color noise into account. We first prove some priori estimates of the susceptible, infected, and recovered populations. Moreover, we establish some sufficient and necessary conditions of the near‐optimality by Pontryagin stochastic maximum principle. Our results show that the two kinds of environmental noises have great impacts on the infectious diseases. Finally, we illustrate our conclusions through numerical simulations.  相似文献

Multistrain diseases, which are infected through individual contacts, pose severe public health threat nowadays. In this paper, we build competitive and mutative two‐strain edge‐based compartmental models using probability generation function (PGF) and pair approximation (PA). Both of them are ordinary differential equations. Their basic reproduction numbers and final size formulas are explicitly derived. We show that the formula gives a unique positive final epidemic size when the reproduction number is larger than unity. We further consider competitive and mutative multistrain diseases spreading models and compute their basic reproduction numbers. We perform numerical simulations that show some dynamical properties of the competitive and mutative two‐strain models.  相似文献

Allostatic load (AL) is a complex clinical construct, providing a unique window into the cumulative impact of stress. However, due to its inherent complexity, AL presents two major measurement challenges to conventional statistical modeling (the field's dominant methodology): it is comprised of a complex causal network of bioallostatic systems, represented by an even larger set of dynamic biomarkers; and, it is situated within a web of antecedent socioecological systems, linking AL to differences in health outcomes and disparities. To address these challenges, we employed case‐based computational modeling (CBM), which allowed us to make four advances: (1) we developed a multisystem, 7‐factor (20 biomarker) model of AL's network of allostatic systems; (2) used it to create a catalog of nine different clinical AL profiles (causal pathways); (3) linked each clinical profile to a typology of 23 health outcomes; and (4) explored our results (post hoc) as a function of gender, a key socioecological factor. In terms of highlights, (a) the Healthy clinical profile had few health risks; (b) the pro‐inflammatory profile linked to high blood pressure and diabetes; (c) Low Stress Hormones linked to heart disease, TIA/Stroke, diabetes, and circulation problems; and (d) high stress hormones linked to heart disease and high blood pressure. Post hoc analyses also found that males were overrepresented on the High Blood Pressure (61.2%), Metabolic Syndrome (63.2%), High Stress Hormones (66.4%), and High Blood Sugar (57.1%); while females were overrepresented on the Healthy (81.9%), Low Stress Hormones (66.3%), and Low Stress Antagonists (stress buffers) (95.4%) profiles. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
